Dylan Nicely serves as a County Planner for Rockingham County, VA, since May 2022 and holds dual roles as Chairman of both the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Planning Commission for the Town of Grottoes. Previously, Dylan was an Economic Development Intern for Rockingham County and worked as a Clerical Assistant in the Commissioner of the Revenue Office in Harrisonburg, VA. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from James Madison University, complemented by a high school diploma from Spotswood High School.
