Matt Hatcher currently serves as Chief Program Officer at Rocking the Boat, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Matt held the role of Director of Camping Services at The Fresh Air Fund from February 2022 to January 2024, where Matt contributed to providing outdoor summer experiences for over 1.8 million children from low-income communities in New York City. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Account Manager at Camp America, Inclusion Leader at Leicester Tigers, and Camp Director at AHRC New York City. Matt's early career involved work as a Community Mental Health Social Worker with Birmingham City Council and other related positions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Birmingham City University and an Access Diploma from North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College.
