Rob McCarthy, MBA, currently serves as a Corporate Trainer and Assistant Regional Manager at VINCUE™ since September 2020, focusing on lead generation for automotive dealerships and managing CRM data. Concurrently, Rob is an Assistant Coach for the Men’s Lacrosse team at Rockhurst University, having previously held the position of Graduate Assistant Coach for the same team. A former NCAA student-athlete, Rob achieved a Men's Lacrosse National Championship with Le Moyne College in 2016 and completed a business administration degree at Lindenwood University. Prior experience includes internships in pet retail management at Ceva Animal Health Pty Ltd and coaching roles at Heartland Lacrosse and True Lacrosse. Rob holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a BBA from Lindenwood University.
