Merritt Neil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and education. Since April 1997, Merritt has served as President and Principal at Merrigan & Co., after holding the position of Vice President, Principal. In the academic arena, Merritt has contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City since May 2023 and at Rockhurst University since December 2010, focusing on Nonprofit Leadership Studies, Marketing, and Technology. Merritt holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Kansas (1997-2001) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Rockhurst University (1995-1997).
