Amy Reardon has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Amy started their career as a Marketing Manager at Michaud Associates in 1992 and worked there for two years. Amy then joined Missouri Gas Energy in 1994 and held various roles including Key Account Sales Representative, Marketing and Sales Coordinator, Engineering Tech II, Residential Sales Representative, and Business Development and Marketing Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Terracon as a Senior Communications Specialist, where they were responsible for improving company-wide communications and ensuring alignment with the Strategic Plan. In 2015, they moved to HDR as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, where they managed the production and quality of marketing communications, proposals, promotions, and presentations. Amy also provided leadership in management, strategic planning, and problem-solving. In 2016, they started working as the Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations at Rockhurst University. Overall, Amy Reardon has a strong background in marketing, communications, and business development.

Amy Reardon completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing and Finance/Economics, at Rockhurst University in 1992. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the same university in 1998.
