Tyler Carpenter has had extensive experience in the field of equipment management. Tyler began their career as an Equipment Assistant with the Milwaukee Admirals in 2016, where they worked until March 2019. From September 2017 to March 2019, Carpenter served as the Head Equipment Manager for Concordia University-Wisconsin NCAA D3 Men's Hockey. Following this, they took on the role of Clubhouse Manager for the Lakeshore Chinooks Baseball team from May 2018 to August 2019. In March 2019, Carpenter joined the Chicago Wolves as an Assistant Equipment Manager, a position they held until August 2020. Tyler then moved on to the Rockford IceHogs, where they served as an Assistant Equipment Manager from January 2021 to September 2022, before being promoted to Interim Head Equipment Manager until June 2023. Currently, Carpenter holds the position of Head Equipment Manager at the Rockford IceHogs.
Tyler Carpenter attended Concordia University-Wisconsin from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Entertainment Management.
