Alexandria (Thomas) Moragne, MSS, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker at Rockford Center since May 2022. Moragne founded A Promise of Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to services for pregnant and parenting teens, in December 2012. Previously, Moragne held various leadership roles at A Second Chance, Inc. from May 2012 to May 2023, including Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Philadelphia Regional Office. Experience also includes serving as a Medical Foster Care Social Worker at Best Nest, Inc. from May 2011 to May 2012, and as a Case Manager at St. Mary's Villa for Children from February 2007 to September 2010. Moragne completed a Master of Social Services at Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology at Rosemont College.
