Liz Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rockford Center since December 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Clinical Services at the same organization from April 2015 to March 2022. In this position, they were responsible for planning and implementing the clinical program, setting long-term goals, and evaluating its effectiveness. Before their directorial role, Liz worked as the Director of Assessment and Referral Center at Rockford Center from July 2005 to April 2015. Liz initially joined the company as an Assessment and Referral Center Counselor in August 2004.
In addition to their tenure at Rockford Center, Liz Proctor also gained experience as a Graduate School Counseling Intern at the Philadelphia School District from September 2003 to June 2004. Prior to that, they worked as a Victim Service Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice from January 2001 to January 2003.
Liz Proctor pursued their education starting from 1995 to 2000 at the University of Delaware, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & History. Later, from 2003 to 2004, Liz attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Master of Science in Education degree with a specialization in counseling.
