Hadley Patchett's work experience starts in 2015 at Digital Mobile, where they worked in retail sales until 2018. In 2018, they joined Bravura Solutions as a Graduate Software Developer and later transitioned to a Junior Software Developer role until 2020. In 2020, they joined RocketWerkz as a Dev-Ops Engineer and worked until 2022. In 2022, they joined Ampere Consulting as a Senior DevOps Engineer and later returned to RocketWerkz in the same role.

Hadley Patchett attended Rutherford College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their NCEA, a high school/secondary diploma.
