Swathi Renugopal has a diverse work experience beginning in 2012. Swathi was Associate Secretary for the Department of BBA at Ethiraj College for Women from 2012 to 2015. Swathi then worked as a Rev Ops Intern at Larsen & Toubro from 2015 to 2016. Swathi then joined Amazon, where they worked as a Team Lead and Machine Learning Data Associate from 2016 to 2019. After that, they joined Chargebee as a Senior Operations Analyst - CX and CX Operations Analyst from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, they are a Co-Founder at PAWGA - Pet Yoga India since 2020 and is currently a Customer Success Manager at Rocketlane since 2021.

Swathi Renugopal graduated from the University of Madras in 2016 with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA. Prior to this, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2007 to 2013, where they studied Business/Commerce, General for their high school degree. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications; the Freshdesk Product Expert Certification from Freshworks in June 2021, and the Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2020.
