Aijan Bermanova is an experienced Scrum Master currently employed at Rocketech Software Development since April 2022, working on the Everytalent project, which connects young talents with potential employers through a virtual job fair. Prior experience includes serving as a Transformation Manager at Bai Tushum bank, where Aijan implemented the OKR methodology to enhance efficiency and profit. Additionally, Aijan worked at VEON from November 2006 to January 2020 in various roles, including PMO and Scrum Master, contributing to the development of the company's digital strategy and managing cross-functional teams. Early career experience includes positions at ОсОО Clienterra as a complaints specialist and call center operator. Aijan holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Kyrgyz State University and completed studies at Kyrgyz-Turkish High School.
