Fernando Estite currently serves as CEO of Rocket 55 since April 2022, following a role as Coordenador Comercial at Gomes de Matos Consultoria from March 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included corporate education initiatives. Previously, Fernando held the position of Coordenador Comercial at Instituto IVESP from December 2015 to September 2019, leading and managing a commercial team focused on organizational growth and strategy. Before that, Fernando worked as a Business Consultant at Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC, contributing to sales and client relationships from October 2015 to December 2016. Fernando was also a partner and manager of Academia Stimulus from February 2006 to June 2014, overseeing various operational processes. Fernando's educational background includes a degree in Physical Education from Faculdade Integrada do Ceará, ongoing studies in Psychology at Estácio, an MBA in Executive Leadership and Business Management from IPOG, and a Master of Business Administration in People Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Faculdade Monteiro Lobato.
