Simon Caddick is an experienced professional in technical support engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Technical Support Engineering at Rocket Software since July 2014. Previously, Simon held several leadership positions within Rocket Software, including Senior Director and Director of Technical Support, and Director of MV Partner Enablement. Simon’s career began at IBM, where from May 2000 to October 2009, the role of Senior Manager for Information Management was undertaken. Simon Caddick's academic background includes a degree from The University of Manchester, completed from 1980 to 1983.
