Daniella Lundh Egenäs has a diverse work experience in the field of sommelier and wine consultancy. Daniella started their career in 2007 as a bartender at Pub Mont Fort, where they handled busy periods and also served at major events. In 2013, they worked as serveringspersonal at Restaurang Djuret, one of Stockholm's top restaurants known for its extensive wine list. Daniella then moved on to Restaurant Frantzén in 2014, where they worked as a sommelier for a two-star Michelin restaurant and provided a luxurious dining experience for guests. In 2015, they worked as a sommelier for Agrikultur, leading the team and managing responsibilities from economy to staffing. During the summer of 2016, they managed Restaurant Furillen on Gotland. In 2015, they also started their own company, Wine & Culture, where they conducted private wine tastings and provided wine consultancy services. Moving forward to 2017, they joined SVT as a sommelier, making appearances on the show Go'kväll to discuss non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, in 2019, they became a Content Manager & Sommelier at Rocket Revenue.

Daniella Lundh Egenäs has a diverse education history with a focus on viticulture, winemaking, sommelier studies, and business. In 2020, Daniella briefly attended SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences to study viticulture. In 2018, they completed an intensive course in winemaking at Plumpton College. Continuing their studies in the field of wine, they attended Restaurangakademien in 2012-2013, where they obtained a Sommelier WSET level 3 degree. Earlier in their education, from 2004 to 2007, Daniella attended Östra Reals Gymnasium with a focus on Sam/Juridik/Ekonomi (Social Sciences, Law, Economics). Additionally, Daniella completed the Introductory level at the Court of Master Sommelier, although the specific years for this certification are not provided.
