Ryan McMurtrey currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Rocket Pest Control, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Associate Director of Talent Acquisitions at RI International from April 2023 to December 2023. Experience also includes serving as Manager of HRIS & Data Analytics at Rentokil North America from November 2021 to April 2023, and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Environmental Pest Service, LLC from September 2016 until its acquisition by Rentokil North America in December 2021. Additional roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Advanced Resources and Staffing Consultant at Robert Half, where Ryan also held the title of Staffing Manager for OfficeTeam/Accountemps. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Ashford University.
