Ryan Flowers has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as the Head WordPress Engineer and Customer Success Manager at Rocket.net since December 2021. In addition, Ryan contributes as a writer for Hackaday since August 2021. Previous positions include Training Coordinator and Technical Support Team Lead at A2 Hosting, where Ryan worked from July 2016 to December 2021, and Technical Support Supervisor at A Small Orange. Earlier in the career, Ryan gained experience as a Solutions Engineer at support.com and as a PC and Network Technician at Friendly Computers. Ryan's career began at AMHosting, LLC as a System Administrator, starting in April 1999.
