Mylei Hong has diverse work experience in various industries. Mylei started their career as a Behavior Interventionist at Love2Learn in April 2019 and worked there until December 2019. From January 2020 to August 2020, they worked as a Customer Support Representative at Acorns. In September 2020, they joined Farmers Insurance as an Insurance Producer, but left the company in December 2020. Mylei then worked as a Specimen Technician at Quest Diagnostics from December 2020 to March 2021. From April 2021 to August 2022, Mylei served as an Operations Specialist at LoanSnap, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Associate - Cancellations at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill), starting from August 2022.

Mylei Hong began their education journey in 2015 at UC Irvine, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Mylei dedicated their time to this particular field of study until 2019. Afterward, in 2021, Mylei enrolled in Orange Coast College to further their education by pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration.
