Max Hershfield has a diverse work experience in product management and design. Max currently serves as a Senior Product Manager at Rocket Money, formerly known as Truebill. In this role, they have been responsible for leading product management initiatives.
Prior to their current position, Max worked at Extend as a Senior Product Manager II. During their time there, they led multiple teams, including Platform Apps and Claim Servicing. Max delivered significant product offerings such as the Leads API, Partial Replacements, and the Extend Claims Portal.
Before joining Extend, Max worked at Returnly as a Senior Product Manager, where they led key product initiatives such as multi-channel returns and Returnly Capital. Max also took on a more significant role in defining the long-term product strategy.
Max also gained experience at Axon as a Product Manager, where they focused on mobile apps for police officers and worked across various teams to deliver customer-driven features. Max also participated in Axon's Leadership Development Program.
Additionally, Max has co-founded Nimbus Light, a tactical lighting solution for Black Hawk Pilots. Max has also worked as a Design Intern at Airbus Group, conducted research as a Stanford Undergraduate Research in Design (SURI) grant recipient, and interned at Qualcomm in engineering support and video/audio roles.
Max Hershfield pursued their education at Stanford University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Product Design. Later in 2015, Max attended the Summer Institute for General Management at Stanford Business School and received a Certificate of Completion in Business Administration and Management, General.
