Anastasia Zhirova has a strong background in product design and user experience (UX) design. Anastasia is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill). Prior to this, they were a Product Design Mentor at Designlab. Anastasia also worked as a User Experience Designer at Codal Inc. where they executed UX strategy, interaction design, and user research for various successful digital products in diverse domains. Anastasia'swork at Codal Inc. also involved developing user-centered design processes and methodologies. Before joining Codal Inc., Anastasia was a freelance UX/UI Designer, helping clients solve business problems through creativity, innovation, strategy, and craft. Anastasia also gained experience as a UX Designer at Designlab, where they completed capstone projects addressing user needs in different subject matters. Earlier in their career, Anastasia worked as a Technical Recruiter at Mojo Trek, and as a Senior Admissions Advisor and Interim Manager at Forte Knowledge. Anastasia started their career as an ESL Teacher at the International House World Organisation, where they instructed students of various ages and fluency levels and organized school-wide competitions.

Anastasia Zhirova's education history begins with their Bachelor's Degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, which they obtained from Stavropol State University from 2008 to 2012. Anastasia then pursued a Certificate in UX Academy from Designlab from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, Anastasia obtained multiple certifications. In 2014, they received the CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Cambridge English Language Assessment. In 2016, they obtained a Quality Assurance Certification from Forte Knowledge. Lastly, in 2022, they obtained an Interaction Design Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.
