Bill Lance is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in RF engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Global Director of RF Engineering at Rocket Lab since November 2018, Bill previously held the position of RF Engineering Manager within the same company. Prior to this role, Bill worked as a professional freelancer at Lance Systems, and spent time at Saab Defense and Security as a Quality Assurance Manager and Systems Engineer. Bill's earlier career includes roles as an RF Engineer at BAE Systems Australia and as a Communications Systems Engineer at the Defence Materiel Organisation. Bill holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Canberra, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
