Amanda Brubaker has extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Specialist at Rock Connections since January 2015, Amanda focuses on guiding clients with effective strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates. Prior roles include serving as a Server at BD's Mongolian Grill, where Amanda enhanced the dining experience while managing customer interactions, and working as a Bartender/Server with Lafayette Grande Traveling Chef, responsible for event setup and service. Amanda's background also includes a position as a Sales Associate at Guess, where responsibilities encompassed customer assistance and training new staff. Amanda holds a high school diploma from Rochester High School and has pursued education at David Pressley School of Cosmetology.
