Truong Hoang's work experience includes various roles in different companies. From January 2018 to the present, they have been working at Rocker, initially as a Software Developer, then as a Tech Lead from January 2019 to December 2021, and currently as the VP of Engineering. In 2018, they also worked as a Software Development Consultant at Netlight. Prior to that, from November 2015 to January 2018, they were employed as a Software Developer at Ping Pong AB.

Truong Hoang pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Lund University from 2009 to 2015.
