Stanka Semova is an experienced Operations Manager at The Rockefeller University, overseeing the efficient workflow of a busy core environment since July 2011. In this role, Stanka is responsible for scheduling and booking advanced cell sorting instruments. Previously, Stanka served as a Senior Research Support Specialist at the Flow Cytometry Resource Center, performing cell sorter operations and providing expertise on experimental design. Stanka's prior experience includes positions at Weill Cornell Medical College as a Research Specialist in the Flow Cytometry Core Facility and at Columbia University Medical Center as a Senior Technician, where significant contributions were made to DNA aptamers and enzymatic reaction analysis. Stanka holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from The City College of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
