Samuel Linton, PhD, MBA, currently serves as the Business Development & Licensing Manager at The Rockefeller University, a position held since July 2017. Prior to this role, Samuel served as an Assistant Technology Manager at the same institution and completed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on the Translational Therapeutics Curricular Track at Penn State College of Medicine from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Contracts Intern at the Office of Technology Development at Penn State College of Medicine, where successful negotiations of material transfer agreements (MTAs) and confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs) took place, alongside developing efficient contract management workflows and gaining familiarity with health information privacy regulations such as HIPAA. Samuel completed an MBA from Penn State Harrisburg and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Delaware.
