Rita Conceição Andrade is an experienced professional in project management and civil engineering with a specialization in water treatment and supply solutions. Currently serving as Executive Partner and Senior Project Manager at RCA Project Delivery since February 2018, as well as Project Manager at Rockbuilding and Partner at Hubel Verde - Engenharia Agronómica, Rita has a well-established career that includes notable positions such as COO, Deputy CEO, and General Manager at HUBEL INDÚSTRIA DA ÁGUA, S.A. from 2003 to 2018. Rita holds a Master’s degree in BIM Management from Zigurat Innovation & Technology Business School, a post-graduation in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from INDEG-ISCTE, and has pursued advanced education in civil engineering, project management, and leadership. Additionally, Rita is a PhD student in Economic and Management Sciences at Universidade do Algarve.
