Haley Meisenholder is an accomplished professional in urban planning and project management, currently serving as Vice President at Rockabill Consulting & Rockabill Development since January 2024. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at HELP Development Corp. and Deputy Director for Purpose Built Shelter at the City of New York's Department of Homeless Services. With extensive experience, Haley has also held positions such as Project Manager at Neighborhood Restore HDFC, Research Associate at Cambridge Housing Authority, and Graduate Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Haley's earlier experience includes data analysis roles and project coordination in various organizations.
