Chris Leonette started their work experience as a Project Manager at Ryan Homes in May 2005. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish for up to 30 homes at a time. Their duties included organizing and managing subcontractors, enforcing OSHA regulations, and managing a multi-million dollar construction budget.
