Heather DeSantis is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Gym Manager and Program Manager at Rock Spot Climbing Gym since September 2016. In this role, Heather has successfully coordinated group visits, organized a team of youth instructors, and enhanced climbing visibility through community events and programs. Previous positions at Rock Spot included Membership Services Coordinator and Retail Assistant, where Heather managed memberships, customer service, and retail operations. Heather's diverse experience also includes working as an Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau, a Library Assistant, and a Barista at multiple cafes, along with radio experience as Assistant Music Director and Promotions Intern at 95.5 WBRU. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Rhode Island, after attending the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
