Flavia Machado is an experienced professional in the event production industry, currently serving as Coordenadora de Produção at Rock in Rio since March 2023, overseeing significant projects like Rock In Rio, The Town, and Lollapalooza BR. Flavia has previously worked at GRUPO ONDA from April 2018 to November 2023, managing artistic production and logistical operations for various festivals, including the Festival Rock The Mountain. Additional roles include Produção Executiva for Rio Innovation Week, CS Produções e Eventos, and K2L Empresariamento Artístico 360º, among others. Flavia holds a post-graduate degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos and a degree in Psychology, along with extended studies in project management at FGV.
