Terence Brown is an experienced Project Manager currently working at both Rock Engineering and Testing Laboratory, LLC and UES; these roles began in April 2023. Prior to this, Terence served as a Senior Engineering Technician at Intertek-PSI from November 2004 to April 2023, where responsibilities included field testing and inspections at construction sites, along with collaboration with contractors, city inspectors, engineers, and architects during pre-construction meetings. Terence holds a degree in Applied Sciences, Business from St Philip's College and attended Texas A&M University from 1980 to 1983.
