Dipender Singh has a total of three work experiences. From 2016 onwards, they worked as a Sales Manager at Roechling Engineering Plastics (India) Pvt. Ltd., where they provided custom solutions for the capital good industry using thermoplastic and composite materials. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they were employed as a Marketing Engineer at Padmini Innovative Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd., where they promoted the growth of polymer products and provided technical assistance to customers. Lastly, Dipender worked as a Marketing Executive at Windsor Petrochemicals Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2013, where they handled major accounts and developed relationships with potential clients.

Dipender Singh completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Bio Chemistry and Chemistry from The University of Burdwan, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Business Development with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management from AICTE, MINISTRY OF HRD.
