Sydney Ruggles is a Core Lab Sales Support Specialist at Roche since May 2023, and an active Orr Fellow with the Orr Fellowship, selected from a pool of 1,300 applicants to engage in Indiana's Tech business community. Prior experience includes a role as a corporate recruiter at CEVA Logistics, where recruitment efforts focused on full-time positions throughout North America, and participation in a business analyst rotational program. Previous experience also includes a marketing rail internship at Cummins Inc., where Sydney gained insights into the railway marketing field and provided data-driven analysis. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from Hanover College, earned in May 2022.
