Stephanie Ueng is a seasoned strategist and design leader with extensive experience at esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Strategy Director at Roche since October 2022 and as Senior Design Lead at IDEO since April 2020, Ueng advises Fortune 100 executives on digital transformation and has developed impactful strategies, including a five-year plan aimed at reducing unplanned pregnancies. Previously, Ueng held roles at Accenture, where responsibilities included creating a strategy for a tech company to enhance accessibility and reimagining the Geek Squad's services. Ueng's career also includes a position as Legislative Director for Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth, focusing on impactful legislation, and earlier roles in the U.S. House of Representatives. Ueng holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an additional MBA from Esade, alongside a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
