In the role of Global Digital Scrum Master and Change Lead, Moe Ghailan has been instrumental in reshaping engagement strategies with healthcare providers. Previous positions include Global OCM and Communications Manager for ServiceNow, overseeing change management for its deployment, and managing communications for Google Hangouts to enhance global adoption of digital communication tools. Moe Ghailan has also served as Digital Marketing Business Partner in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, focusing on aligning digital marketing services with business priorities. Earlier career roles include web development, project management, and informatics at various organizations, starting from an education background in computing at the University of the West of England.
