Kashif A. Mirza is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles, primarily at Roche, where since October 2007, Kashif has served as Head of Finance and Operations for Roche Diagnostics Pakistan. In this capacity, Kashif has been instrumental in driving business strategies and managing finance, procurement, supply chain, and compliance functions. Previous roles at Roche include Senior Compliance & Audit Manager, where Kashif established a robust compliance structure, and Senior Manager Finance & Controlling, contributing to sustained financial growth and successful implementation of significant projects. Prior to Roche, Kashif held finance management positions at Axact (Pvt.) Ltd. and JS Investments Ltd., and began a career at Grant Thornton Pakistan. Kashif holds multiple qualifications, including being a Part Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Internal Control Auditor.
