Cristina Barreca, PhD, EMBA, currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Experience and Solution Design for Roche Diagnostics Solutions, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Cristina was the Head of Diagnostic User Experience Strategy & Services at Roche International, where responsibilities included leading the Diagnostic User Experience team and defining strategies to enhance user and customer experiences. Cristina has extensive experience within the Roche organization, having held various leadership positions since 2009, including roles focused on project management and technical product management. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick, a specialization in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a PhD in Virology from Imperial College London.
