Herb Young is an experienced business development and sales professional with a strong track record in the flooring and industrial materials industry. Currently serving as Southeast Business Development for Roca USA since March 2021, Herb successfully built a $6 million business from the ground up, expanding the customer base from zero to over 125 accounts across various market segments. Previously, as Regional Branch Manager at Interceramic Tile & Stone, Herb oversaw sales and marketing efforts resulting in an $8 million increase in sales and a gross income increase of $3 million. Herb's extensive experience also includes roles at Mohawk Industries, where significant sales growth and operational improvements were achieved across multiple regions, as well as key positions at Galaxy Carpet that further showcased an ability to enhance customer relations and boost sales effectively. Herb holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Presbyterian College.
