Guillem Navarro Monterde is a corporate M&A lawyer currently at RocaJunyent since May 2023, having previously worked as a corporate lawyer at Lawants, S.L. from November 2021 to April 2023, focusing on M&A, corporate law, and commercial contracting. Before that, Guillem held a position in the Litigation and Real Estate Department at Carbray International Law Firm, assisting international clients with dispute resolution and real estate transactions.
