Ernest Nuijten is an experienced professional with a robust background in management, consulting, and education. Currently serving as Directeur at ROC van Twente since October 2022, Nuijten also holds the position of Ondernemerscoach at Qredits Microkrediet in Nederland since January 2011. Previously, Nuijten worked at Saxion Hogescholen in various managerial roles from April 2014 to October 2022, including Manager Change and Teammanager Fiscaal Recht en Economie. Nuijten’s career includes experience as Owner of On Track, where a consultancy firm was established, and as a freelance MTB Transalp-gids at Vasasport from 2007 to 2021. Nuijten’s earlier positions span across ABN AMRO and Delta Lloyd, focusing on sales, business development, and product development, supported by a solid academic foundation with a law degree from Tilburg University and advanced training at INSEAD.
