Erik Koldewijn has extensive experience in education and management within the hospitality and wellness sectors. Since August 2013, Erik has served as Directeur College voor Hospitality & Wellness and Themadirecteur for both Internationalisering and BPV at ROC van Twente, focusing on quality improvement in vocational training. Erik holds various leadership roles, including board member positions at Netwerkorganisatie IKT and Twente Marketing, and advisory roles at the Stichting Cas Spijkers Academie for culinary talent and Stichting Examenwerk. Erik's past experience includes managing educational programs at ROC A12 and serving as hoofdtrainer at Atletiekvereniging AV'34. Erik's educational background includes a Master's in Management & Innovatie and a Bachelor's in Education, with further studies in organizational and storytelling practices.
