Gemma Head's work experience begins in 1998 when they worked as a Personal Assistant for Norsk Data, where they managed various duties for the Sales Director and team. Gemma then moved on to work at LA Fitness as an Operations Manager, overseeing the management of a busy reception and gym team. In 2005, Gemma joined 2e2 as a Service Delivery Manager, responsible for ensuring all contracted services were delivered professionally and on time. Gemma also held roles as a Unified Communications Account Manager and Training Account Manager at 2e2.
In 2013, Gemma became a Client Director at Daisy Group PLC, where they were responsible for managing key clients and maximizing revenues. Gemma then returned to Roc Technologies in 2014 and took on the role of Client Director, managing strategic clients across various industry verticals.
At Roc Technologies, Gemma progressed to become a Service Delivery Manager in 2017, responsible for the successful delivery of services to clients across various sectors. Gemma then became the Head of Service Delivery in 2019, overseeing service management functions and line managing a team of Service Delivery Managers. In 2021, Gemma took on the role of Chief of Staff, where they supported the Managing Director and leadership team in executing significant strategic, operational, and cultural agendas.
Most recently, Gemma has become the Managing Director of Engineering Services at Roc Technologies in October 2022, taking on the responsibility of maximizing the Managing Director's impact and productivity.
Overall, Gemma Head has gained extensive experience in service delivery, client management, and leadership roles throughout their career.
Gemma Head attended Clere School from 1991 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a GNVQ Level 2 and 3 in Media Studies at Newbury College from 1996 to 1998. Later, from 1998 to 1999, they further pursued their education at Newbury College, obtaining an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Administration.
