James Idell is an experienced technician and supervisor with a diverse background in automation and customer support. Currently serving as a SCADA Technician at Superior Optimization Ltd since May 2022, James has also worked for ROC Service Company LLC since 2007, overseeing the automation program across Texas, Wyoming, and New Mexico, while leading and training automation technicians. Prior roles include Manager at Champion Fitness Center and Inside Web Sales at D&K Manufacturing, where responsibilities included product sales management. James began a career in technology as a Customer Support Analyst at TXI, supporting over 1000 employees, and held the position of Head Electrician, responsible for programming and maintaining PLC control systems in multiple plants across Texas and Oklahoma. Education was completed through Penn Foster Group.
