Hussein Mohieldin

Hussein Mohieldin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hussein started their career at Siemens as a Trainee in 2004 and then joined the German University in Cairo as a Teaching and Research Assistant in 2004. Hussein also took on the role of Lead Web Developer at the university, where they oversaw a team of web designers and developers. In 2006, Hussein had a brief stint as a Software Developer at Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank AG before joining Procter & Gamble for the Equity Quest Business Course. Hussein then returned to Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank AG as a Software Designer, working on a messaging system and a SWIFT-FIX translator. In 2008, Hussein became a Research Assistant at EPFL, focusing on the design and development of a dataflow encoder. Hussein later worked as a Senior Consultant at Quick-Wins from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, Hussein became the CEO of robusta, and in 2023, they transitioned to the role of CEO at Robusta Technology Group (RTG).

Hussein Mohieldin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The German University in Cairo, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2008 to 2009.
