Sebastiraj Arulanandu has over two decades of experience in software development and architecture, currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Prior to this role, Sebastiraj held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, overseeing all BPM-Pega presales and consulting activities. Previous experience includes senior architecture and program management roles at Lloyds TSB, Wipro Technologies, MasterCard, and Level 3 Communications, focusing on BPM solutions and team management. Early career roles involved product development and software engineering for Citicorp and Nucleus Software. Sebastiraj holds an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
