Yevgeny Ostrovskiy has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Yevgeny began their career in 2008 as a Health Program Specialist for Alameda County. In 2012, they took on an Assistant Quality Director Intern role at Tri-City Medical Center. In 2015, they became a Global Product Manager for Gilead Sciences. In 2018, they moved to the San Francisco Department of Public Health as a Health Program Manager. In 2019, they joined Alameda Health System as a Patient Experience & Performance Improvement Manager and Project Coordinator. In 2021, they took on the role of Health Program Lead at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. In 2022, they began working as a Managerial Consultant for Kaiser Permanente, a Director of Regulatory Compliance for ROBOjuice, and an Operational Excellence Consultant for UC Davis Health.
Yevgeny Ostrovskiy holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Neurophysiology and Behavior from the University of California, Davis, obtained in 2007. Yevgeny then went on to earn a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University - East Bay in 2012. Finally, they received a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Golden Gate University in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained the Registered Environmental Health Specialist certification from the California Department of Public Health in 2022, and is expected to receive the ACHE certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2022. Yevgeny is also working towards a Clinical Research Conduct and Management certification from UC Berkeley.
