Swati Bakshi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation programs and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Compensation Programs at Roblox since October 2021 and a member of StartupExperts since March 2023, Swati is committed to fostering collaboration among HR, Finance, and Ops leaders. Previous roles include Co-founder of Berryworks, Global Compensation Programs Leader at Uber, and Global Compensation Program Manager at Marsh McLennan. With a strong foundation in HR transformation, talent management, and diversity initiatives, Swati has contributed to the design and implementation of compensation policies for large organizations. Swati holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Christ University, Bangalore.
