Cheryl Kwan is an experienced product leader with a strong background in trust and safety within the tech industry. Currently serving as Principal Product Lead at Roblox since December 2020, Cheryl drives key initiatives for safe and civil communications through machine learning and artificial intelligence moderation. Prior to this role, Cheryl progressed from Product Lead to manager at Roblox, contributing significantly to the Account Integrity team. Previous experience includes Senior Product Manager, Safety at PlayStation, and various roles focused on trust and safety at Google, Credit Karma, and Indiegogo. Additionally, Cheryl founded CMG Strategy Consulting, a student-run organization providing marketing strategy services to technology firms. Cheryl holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of California, Riverside.
