Vilma Marttila is a Sales Manager for the EMEA region at Robit Plc, with experience in distributor sales focused on Nordic key accounts in Sweden and Norway since December 2019. Responsibilities include sales of drilling consumables, casing systems for piling, and applications in mining, construction, and geothermal drilling. Previously, Vilma held roles as an R&D Engineer, specializing in top hammer button bits design and carbide development, and as an R&D Engineer Trainee, contributing to product design and technical support for sales. Earlier experience includes a Production Coordinator Trainee position at Robit Plc and two summer trainee roles at Konecranes. Vilma holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Tampere University.
