Sophie Fenton currently serves as a Divisional Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie was a Trainer at Robinson Way Limited and spent seven years at Co-op, where responsibilities included leading the Contact Centre Ops for Coop Funeralcare, overseeing an award-winning, multichannel facility. Additionally, Sophie held the position of Training Manager during the tenure at Co-op. Education was completed at Culcheth High School from 2005 to 2010.
