Susan Quasney is an experienced engineer with a strong background in stormwater management and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as an Engineer at Robinson Engineering, Ltd. since November 2022, Susan previously held the position of Project Engineer at the Village of Oswego, Illinois, from August 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, a Staff Engineer role was undertaken at the Village of Downers Grove from January 2011 to August 2022, where significant contributions were made in developing a stormwater-related GIS database and addressing drainage issues. Earlier experience includes roles as a GIS/GPS Technician and Structural Engineer, with a focus on public transportation and civil engineering projects throughout Illinois. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Public Administration from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Kenyon College.
